This Privacy Policy explains how Nexivo VPN ("Nexivo", "we", "us" or "our"), a separate entity within the RnG Group, handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, create an account or use our VPN and related services.
Information we collect
Account and contact information
This may include your name, email address, account identifiers, organisation details for business customers, support correspondence and service preferences.
Billing information
When paid services are introduced, payment providers may process card or payment details. Nexivo may receive transaction references, payment status, billing contact details and related records, but should not need to store full card details where a payment provider handles them.
Service and device information
We may process information required to provide and secure the VPN service, including assigned VPN profiles, device/profile identifiers, selected VPN node, connection status, timestamps, data-transfer totals, authentication and security events, and diagnostic information.
Website and security information
Our web services may record IP addresses, browser/user-agent information, request timestamps and security logs for administration, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and protection of the service.
VPN traffic and monitoring
Nexivo is designed to route encrypted VPN traffic through managed WireGuard infrastructure. We do not intend to inspect the contents of your ordinary internet traffic for advertising or profiling.
Operating a VPN service can require limited technical metadata for service health, capacity, security and abuse response. For example, our systems may process whether a VPN peer is active, its most recent handshake, transfer totals, assigned address and the node to which it is connected.
How we use information

UK data-protection basis
Where UK data-protection law applies, our processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically requested. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, security, dispute handling, accounting and legal obligations.
